Privacy Policy
How On Course IT handles personal data submitted through the website and in connection with enquiries.
1. Who controls your personal data?
The data controller is the person or business operating under the trading name On Course IT. Final legal identity, NIF/NIE and business address must be inserted here before launch.
Privacy contact: hello@oncourseit.es.
2. What information may be collected?
- Contact details you provide, such as your name, email address and optional phone number.
- The service you are interested in and the contents of your enquiry.
- Technical and security information generated by the hosting platform, such as IP address, request time, browser details and security logs.
- Client and billing information if you later purchase services.
3. Why is the information used?
- To respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering into a service agreement.
- To provide and administer agreed IT services.
- To protect the website, systems and users against abuse, fraud and security threats.
- To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations where applicable.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the situation, processing may be necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as securing the website and managing genuine business enquiries. Consent will be used where the law specifically requires it.
5. Service providers
The website is intended to be hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Email may be handled through Microsoft 365. If the optional website form integration included with this site is enabled, a transactional email provider such as Resend may process the submitted enquiry in order to deliver it to On Course IT.
Only providers needed to operate the service should be enabled, and their final details should be reviewed before launch.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside Spain or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers should be covered by an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.
7. How long is information kept?
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and manage the potential client relationship. Client, invoicing and accounting information may need to be retained for longer periods required by Spanish law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Requests can be sent to hello@oncourseit.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.
9. Automated decisions
The website is not intended to make decisions about individuals solely by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the website, providers or business services change.
